1. How come my jewelry looks a little different than the picture?

The crystals used for pendants and as beads are natural crystals and these vary in size, shape, consistency and color. They are made as Mother Nature wills them and are all a little unique just like you and me! The jewelry that is sent to you is picked out personally and is delivered just for you; variations are not a bad thing they just make each piece a little bit more unique.
